- Same-Day Printing: We strive to begin printing orders on the same day they are placed to ensure quick turnaround times. To accommodate this rapid process, customers have a 2-hour window to cancel an order after placement.
- Business Hours: Our printing and shipping operations are conducted during standard business hours, Monday through Friday. Orders placed outside these hours will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Timelines
- Dispatch: All orders are shipped within 24-48 hours after processing. The specific timing can vary based on order volume and operational capacity.
- Delivery Times: Once dispatched, the delivery time will depend on the shipping method selected at checkout and the destination. Orders over $75 within the continental USA, excluding Alaska and Hawaii, qualify for free shipping, typically arriving within 5-7 business days.

International Shipping
Currently, Printmade ships primarily within the USA. We are exploring options to expand our shipping capabilities internationally and will update our policy accordingly.
